Recipe of the month

Spring is in the air! 🌸   Let’s enjoy the first rays of sunshine with a refreshing cocktail. ☀️ Save this recipe and shake it! Where are the cocktail lovers out there? 🙋

 

Ingredients: 

45 ml vodka

15 ml SirUp Tropical

30 ml lime juice

30 ml sparkling wine

1 egg white

ice cubes

1 passion fruit for the finish

 

Ready, set, shake! 

 

Pour the vodka, lime juice and SirUp Tropical into a shaker.

Cut the passion fruit in 2 and spoon half into the shaker. 
Add the egg whites to the rest of the ingredients in the shaker. 

Shake, shake, shake until the egg white turns into foam.

Open the shaker and fill with ice cubes. Shake a second time.

Pour the cocktail into a glass.

Place ½ passion fruit in the center of the glass on top of the cocktail.

Pour the sparkling wine into a shot glass and serve it with the cocktail.
